Wellness Journey #2

This week has been great. Even with Thanksgiving going on. I worked out everyday and on Friday I did Wii Dance Party 3, which is not only a lot of fun but a great workout. The rest of the week I did an hour of Jillian Michaels, “Extreme Shed & Shred”.

We had a dinner on Thanksgiving AND had an after thanksgiving, “Thanksgiving dinner”. They both were nice and a lot! It was our first time cooking Thanksgiving dinner for family, normally we cook a little for us then go to family’s home.  This time my side came up and it was great! We were really happy my father was able to make it.

I don’t really have a lot to say about my journey this week. I took slimmetry and carb blockers for the thanksgiving dinners which help to curb my appetite so I freely ate what I wanted because I knew I wasn’t going to be eating a lot.

I worked out on Thursday and Friday mornings (before people came over) instead of in the evening like I normally do.

My weight for the week is 138lbs!!! Yep! I lost 2lbs, praise God! I was super excited to see that because I thought for sure I gained 2 or 3 lbs.

So this is all I have for the week…sorry.
