Join Me for the 30 day green smoothie challenge!!! I use to drink green smoothies often and then fell off  but I have started back up and have been posting green smoothie recipes here on my blog. I came across a website called Simple Green Smoothies to get more recipe ideas and to just mingle and come to find out they are doing a 30-day challenge for the month of October…yay!!! So of course I joined 😀

If you have not heard green smoothies are the bomb.com. I find it funny though because I remember when I was making green smoothies before it became “the thang to do” atleast in my opinion because I was hip to all the social technology –if there was any then?!?–. Anyway green smoothies have lots of benefits such as natural energy boost, natural weight loss,  disease fighting antioxidants, and a great simple way to boost your immune system.

So, my first green smoothie for October was one I did in my previous post…my Banana Spinach Smoothie, this is a great simple smoothie I go to often.
