Energy Drink Smoothie

Here’s one of my favorite smoothies for a morning jump. Its healthy, delicious, and simple. Enjoy!!!

Here are the ingredients:2013-07-19 17.58.33

  1. 1 Can (8.5 OZ) XS Energy Drink– Tropical Flavor (Click here for review on XS Energy Drinks)
  2. 1/2-1 tablespoon Organic Ground Flax Seed
  3. 1 Medium Frozen Banana
  4. Frozen Berry Medley
  5. 1 tablespoon Nutrilite Vanilla Protein Powder (Not shown, added at last minute)- the protein powder I used was no longer available, it was replaced, see link for options.


Pour energy drink into blender, followed by flax seed and protein powder, then frozen banana, then mixed berry medley. Blend until chunks are out and Enjoy!!!
