Whats going on???

I recently had cinnamon sugar pecans and they were really good so I decided to make it myself.

I did my research and of course there’s a thousand ways to make it so I took some information from them and decided to make it my own.

It’s really easy to make and I don’t really think you can mess it up unless you burn them…lol but other than that I think it would be trial and error, whether its sweet enough or cinnamony (I don’t think that’s a word..lol) enough.

Ingredients Needed:

2 Cups- Half Pecans
1/2 TBSP- Cinnamon
1/2 cup- Sugar
1/4 Cup- Milk (I used coconut milk by silk)
1TBSP- Vanilla
Little Dribble- Honey 😉
3/4 TSP- Salt (I forgot..lol)

In a large bowl, mix together milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Add pecans and toss to coat. Add sugar while stirring and tossing. Dribble in honey if desired.

Spread the coated nuts out evenly on a lined baking sheet. I recommended lightly greasing pan to prevent sticking. Bake at 300°F for about 15 minutes. Turn, then cook for another 15min. Cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes, or until cool enough to handle. Break up any nuts that are stuck together. Store in an air tight container at room temperature.

Then enjoy!!! 🙂
